About Curing Tank
Concrete Curing Tank is designed for curing concrete and cement test specimens under controlled temperature conditions to ensure uniform strength development and accurate test results. The tank is suitable for 150 mm concrete cube moulds and 70.6 mm cement cube moulds. It can accommodate up to 36 concrete cubes or 72 cement cubes at a time.
The unit is fully insulated and fitted with a hinged lid, immersion heater, thermostat, and water recirculation pump for maintaining uniform temperature throughout the tank. Two removable racks allow free circulation of water around each specimen. The pump, drain valve, and electrical controls are housed in a separate compartment for easy operation and maintenance.
The tank provides temperature control at 35 Deg C +/- 2 Deg C or 100 Deg C +/- 2 Deg C for concrete curing and 27 Deg C +/- 2 Deg C for grey cement curing. It is widely used in construction laboratories, research institutes, quality control departments, and educational institutions.
